Whoopi Goldberg had a few choice words to say about White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt’s anti-woke comment during her first briefing on Wednesday’s episode of The View.

Goldberg said the comment “pissed me off,” and chastised Leavitt by saying, “Without that wokeness, you might not have that job.”

The View co-hosts also discussed the White House’s decision to open the press room to new media, including influencers, podcasters, and smaller news outlets.
