Tiger King co-director Rebecca Chaiklin has said stars such as Carole Baskin, who have criticised the show for how it portrayed them, should spend time on “self-reflection” instead of “lashing out”.
Baskin previously accused the show of telling “unsavoury lies” and suggesting she was involved in the disappearance of her ex-husband Don.
“And hopefully if they’re not happy, instead of lashing out, maybe it’s time for some self-reflection on their lives.”
Accusations aired in the series include one that Baskin fed her husband’s body to the big cats at her sanctuary, a claim she brands “ludicrous”.
