In response to the massive outages, it appears fight has actually been delayed, and the NY Daily News is reporting that there’s no known timetable for return.
While Fight Pass customers fight be tempted to jump ship to another service, the high-cost of access via PPV and the unknown length of delay means fans should just sit patiently since a delay will equally affect customers regardless which service they purchased the fight from.
UPDATE: The fight appears to be proceeding as Mayweather and McGregor enter the arena, although Twitter is still full of users from many different sources complaining about the outages, so many providers may be expecting a multitude of very disappointed customers by the time the final bell rings.
If you’re not paying for it, what you’re doing is probably illegal!
