As Forbes explains, that’s a 1.33x multiplier for Venom’s first week, whereas in its first week, Logan, Hugh Jackman’s final outing as Wolverine, had a 1.29x multiplier, starting out with $88 million opening weekend and reached $114 million after its first week.
Logan went on to collect $154 million at the ten day mark, while Venom’s estimated to reach around $139 million at that same mark.
For its opening bow, Venom brought in a little over $80 million domestically, and currently it sits at a domestic total of $107.1 million.
