According to Vital Thrills, Wes Ball (The Maze Runner franchise) will helm Amblin Partners’ adaptation of Claire North’s sci-fi novel The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August after Amblin acquired feature film rights to the book.
Published on April 8, 2014, The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August won the John W. Campbell Memorial Award for Best Science Fiction Novel and was nominated for the Arthur C. Clarke Award for Best Science Fiction Novel.
Amblin Partners’ President of Production Jeb Brody and Andrew Calof, VP of Creative Affairs, will oversee for the studio.
