Fans of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel already knew that Midge had a lot to contend with, but it sounds like things are going to get even more complicated for her in Season 2.
The first season of the Amazon hit, which was picked up for two seasons after the pilot aired on the streaming service in March 2017, saw Midge trying to come to terms with being left with two small children after her husband walked out on their marriage.
Like quite a few well-to-do women in the 1950s, Midge had thought the focus of her life would be her work as a wife and mother, but she’s suddenly forced to make a new life for herself, which includes finding her calling as a (frequently bawdy) standup comedian and trying to provide for her family.
