It’s another surreal twist in the story of A Rainy Day in New York, which still hasn’t received a U.S. release.
And last weekend, A Rainy Day in New York became the top film at the international box office — at least according to Box Office Mojo.
Although A Rainy Day in New York never came out in New York (or anywhere else in the U.S. for that matter) it has played in theaters around the globe.
While ticket sales there are at “5%” of last year’s levels, the top movie in South Korea last weekend was still A Rainy Day in New York, which earned about $340,000.
