X-Men, X2, and X-Men: Days of Future Past director Bryan Singer is also calling the shots on the next installment in the mutant superhero movie film franchise, titled X-Men: Apocalypse: the concluding chapter to the X-Men: First Class trilogy, as well as the launchpad for the upcoming X-Men sequels/spinoffs such as writer/director Josh Boone’s New Mutants comic book movie.

We know from the previously-released Apocalypse trailers that Raven shall eventually work along with Hank McCoy/Beast (Nicholas Hoult) to lead the young X-Men like Nightcrawler into battle against Apocalypse and his forces.

20th Century Fox plans to lift the review embargo for Apocalypse on May 9th.
