Meanwhile, Sony’s Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse nabbed Best Animated Feature which was accepted by co-producers Phil Lord and Christopher Miller along with directors Bob Persichetti, Peter Ramsey and Rodney Rothman.
As superhero movies continue to takeover the box office, they took the center stage last night at 91st Academy Awards with Black Panther and Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse taking home awards for Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures Animation, respectively.
