Dunkirk is Christopher Nolan’s first foray into a World War II story, and thankfully, he’s telling a tale that hasn’t been seen before on the big screen.

Christopher Nolan also didn’t spare any expense when it came to making Dunkirk look realistic, as he was reportedly given $5 million to buy a vintage World War II aircraft.

There isn’t much in the way of plot revealed, but the Dunkirk trailer certainly sets up the setting well.
