Christopher Plummer, who starred as Captain von Trapp in The Sound of Music, has died at the age of 91.
Born in Toronto, Canada, in 1929, Plummer became known around the world for his role alongside Julie Andrews in the 1965 The Sound of Music.
Through his art and humanity, he touched all of our hearts and his legendary life will endure for all generations to come.
