However, now it looks like one of 2018’s most intense horror films has yet to debut, as Luca Guadagnino’s remake of Suspiria has officially received an R rating from the MPAA that promises nothing less than a visceral experience for a laundry list of terrifying reasons.
Seemingly proud of the rating, the film’s official Twitter profile released the list of reasons, which you can check out, below!
So far, 2018 has offered up some great horror movies that cater to a wide variety of audiences.
There’s the relatively-tame (by horror standards) PG-13 thriller style of John Krasinski’s A Quiet Place, and then there’s the decidedly darker edge of Ari Aster’s Hereditary.
