Mission: Impossible 7 is set to premiere on November 19, 2021 followed by Mission: Impossible 8 on November 4, 2022.
Skydance Media, who joined the franchise with the fourth installment, Ghost Protocol, will be returning to produce the next two entries.
With production currently underway on the seventh installment in the Tom Cruise-fronted action franchise, writer/director Christopher McQuarrie took to Instagram to reveal five stars joining the Mission: Impossible 7 roster including Rob Delaney (Deadpool 2), Charles Parnell (Top Gun: Maverick), Indira Varma (Game of Thrones), Cary Elwes (Stranger Things) and Mark Gatiss (Sherlock).
McQuarrie announced each casting with a special photo of each star’s character, though it’s currently unknown which side of the field each will be on, aside from Delaney who appears to be a part of the American military in some capacity, all of which can be viewed below!
