That’s good news for fans hoping to see the third solo Wolverine film continue the franchises’ upswing in quality from the 2009 effort X-Men Origins: Wolverine, and it should certainly help get more than just diehard comic book fans into theaters when March 3 rolls around.
With Logan just about in theaters, it’s probably too late to plan a road trip, but for fans who live in those areas, there’s another reason to head over to the movie theater come March 3.
The nod to Logan’s comic book roots will likely please fans who grew up reading the characters adventures and still marvel to his (and X-23’s) mutant exploits in the pages of Marvel Comics’ books.
Sporting an R-rating and coming off several alluring red-band trailers, the decidedly not kid-friendly mutant outing can still use a little additional marketing as the wait for the film’s premiere is so close.
