Now, it appears as though Dark Horse Comics and the beloved sci-fi franchise are teaming up yet again.
Dark Horse and Whedon have knocked it out of the park thus far with a number of critically acclaimed comics.
First in 2005, acclaimed director Joss Whedon wrote and helmed Firefly‘s feature film follow-up entitled Serenity, and just one year later, the first in a series of comics based on the fan-favorite franchise were published by Dark Horse Comics, an American comic book and manga publisher.
Joss Whedon’s sci-fi television program Firefly may have only lasted one season, but the cult series is still hailed by its fans as one of the all-time greats.
