Bohemian Rhapsody had won three Oscars before Myers and Carvey took to the stage: Best Sound Editing, Best Sound Mixing and Best Editing.
Mike Myers and Dana Carvey dropped in to introduce Best Picture nominee Bohemian Rhapsody, which is the Queen song their characters sing in the 1992 film.
Myers said, referencing a famous moment from Wayne’s World. He added: “We’re humbled to be tied to that song.”
Alfonso Cuaron’s Netflix drama Roma leads the way with 10 nominations, while Yorgos Lanthimos’s The Favourite with Adam McKay’s political satire Vice following close behind with eight each.
