Poor Things Trailer Shows Emma Stone as a Frankenstein Experiment

The official Poor Things trailer for Searchlight Pictures‘ forthcoming sci-fi period comedy, starring Oscar winner Emma Stone as a young woman who comes back to life through a Frankenstein-like experiment.

The video provides a glimpse of the main cast, including Willem Dafoe’s scientist character Dr. Godwin Baxter and Mark Ruffalo’s Duncan Wedderburn, who will seemingly have a romantic connection with Stone’s Bella Baxter.

Poor Things will also debut in the same month as other high-profile movies, including The Equalizer 3, A Haunting in Venice, and Expend4bles.
