According to Collider, Warner Bros. and Imagine Entertainment have chosen Skyscraper director Rawson Marshall Thurber to direct the long-in-the-works big screen adaptation of Spy vs. Spy.
Spy vs. Spy hails from the long-running comic series of the same name featured in Mad Magazine and created in 1961 by Antonio Prohias.
The comic featured two spies, namely Black Spy and White Spy, who attempt to destroy one another in typical cartoon fashion, i.e. lots of booby traps.
Thurber has worked on a number of projects with Dwayne Johnson, including Central Intelligence and the upcoming Red Notice.
