The series will be executive produced by Pike and TV vet Lesli Linka Glatter (Homeland), who will also direct an unknown portion.
Deadline reports that Gone Girl‘s Rosamund Pike will make her return to live-action TV with the upcoming adaptation of the Cristina Alger thriller novel The Banker’s Wife.
Stiehm and Glatter previously worked together on Homeland at Showtime when they were both an executive producer on the series, with Glatter still remaining as one.
It will be produced by Sherry Marsh (Pose) and developed for the screen by Meredith Stiehm, known for developing the FX adaptation of the Danish/Swedish crime-thriller The Bridge.
