The motel known for housing the Rose family in the hit Canadian sitcom Schitt’s Creek has been placed on sale for C$2m (£1.15m).
However, the motel is missing the distinctive “Rosebud Motel” sign, which was added for use in Schitt’s Creek.
Schitt’s Creek focuses on the affluent Rose family, who are forced to relocate to the titular town after losing their money.
Situated in the town of Mono, Ontario, the Hockley Motel features prominently in the series.
