The House That Jack Built has received mix reviews from the audience and the critics when it premiered at the Cannes Film Festival due to its graphic violence against women, children and animals.
The House That Jack Built is psychological thriller that follows the story of a serial killer Jack (Dillon), who looks back on the four murders that proved instrumental in his development as a cold-blooded killer.
The film also stars Riley Keough (Mad Max: Fury Road), Siobhan Fallon Hogan (We Need To Talk About Kevin), Sofie Grabol (The Killing) and Bruno Ganz (Downfall, Unknown).
IFC Films is handling the U.S. theatrical distribution rights to the film and haven’t given it an official release date.
