The Late Late Show host James Corden was clearly feeling on the confident side when he brought on not one, but two challengers for his “Drop the Mic” bit; bringing out both Suicide Squad’s Cara Delevingne and Now You See Me 2’s Dave Franco for a rap battle of epic proportions.
“Dave Franco, thank your agent for giving you this bit/ we can all agree you’re not famous enough for it,” Corden rapped “I’m pretty sure we actually meant to book your brother.”
Before moving onto Corden, “James, your show ends at 1.30 every week/ so hello to the pets whose owners fell asleep” he rapped.
Delivering her own comeback with, “I can see it now/ the headlines above me/ Cara Delvingne: the woman who saved late night TV.”
